iHaus —
From Chaotic to Conversion-Ready
A full website redesign and CMS restructure for a prefab wooden house manufacturer — turning a confusing, outdated site into a clean, filterable, multilingual platform built to convert.
iHaus builds high-quality prefab wooden houses with 24 distinct models across multiple categories. The product was genuinely strong. The website wasn't. Models were scattered without consistent structure, copy was generic, multilingual pages were inconsistent, and there was no clear path for a visitor to find the right house and take action.
The site wasn't failing because of traffic — it was failing because it couldn't convert the traffic it had. The fix wasn't a new design. It was a complete rethink of how the product was presented.
The rebuild started with information architecture — getting the 24 models into a logical, filterable structure before touching a single design element. Everything else followed from that foundation.
The rebuilt iHaus site presents 24 house models in a clean, filterable system that guides visitors from browse to enquiry without friction. Both language versions are consistent, the copy answers real buyer questions, and every page has a clear next step.
